About Daniel
Daniel, a Louisiana native, has long been captivated by the power of images to convey narratives both intimate and expansive. From his earliest days experimenting with his grandmother’s Polaroid camera, to his current practice utilizing more advanced tools, his work consistently seeks to reveal the inherent stories within all things—animate or inanimate.
His artistic journey took on new depth following a life-altering car accident in 2019, which resulted in a severe brain injury. Picking up the camera once again became not just a creative outlet, but an essential part of his rehabilitation, offering a way to reconnect with the world and himself.
Through this site, Daniel invites viewers to explore his vision—an ongoing exploration of people, places, and objects that ask to be seen anew. If a particular piece resonates, feel free to add it to your collection.
